Due to the hot weather in India, the product was distorted in delivery process. Immediately, all the colleagues in charge of production, sales and laboratory discussed together, focusing on customer requirements, with the temperature not changing and packaging requirements not changing. We took the challenge, searched materials together, studied packaging methods, and finally solved this problem. Although facing difficulties, we never shirk responsibility, and work together. The MUYE firmly believe that the establishment and development of the team is the top priority of group talent cultivation in the fierce market competition environment.
In 2017, Luo took over the quality department. The change of position brought about the challenge of work content, and adjusted himself to adapt to the job responsibilities of the new post. In order to adapt to the new position as soon as possible, Luo had to consult leaders and colleagues almost every day for the past two months.
